Refund Due to Accident or Illness
A personal ski pass (pass valid for 2 or more days, season pass and multi-day pass) which cannot be used due to accident or illness must be promptly turned into the Sportbahnen Elm office together with a medical certificate. A possible partial refund will be made effective the day the certificate is presented. The day on which the accident occurs will be considered as unused. In the case of discounted tickets the individual rate will be taken into account. For day passes and half-day passes, no compensation will be made. Companions are generally not entitled to a ticket refund, however possible exceptions will be determined by the management of Sportbahnen Elm AG.

All tickets will be verified at the turnstile. Random spot checks will also be carried out at all lift facilities. Improper use of ski passes, including their resale or transfer to another user will result in the pass being confiscated without any compensation.
